Although it's still quite unbelievable how he performs his stunts, the show still rOx.. If you like ACTION den this show is definitely for you. Not to mention that Kate Nauta has a very hot body.. lol I also learnt that if you have a bullet proof car, no matter what you do to it, the car will still remain showroom condition.. hoho
My past week was spent doing public road driving with a Land Rover, learning HSP (Highway Situational Problem, i'll come to that later) and parking a 3 tonner !! hahaha.. can u believe that i took 9 minutes just to park that stupid truck. In case you all dunnoe wat's a 3 tonner, it's a vehicle that weighs 3 tonnes.. HAHA ! It's class 4 lah so it's kinda new to me. Previously I had thought that the Land Rover was fucked up enough, the 3 tonner is even more fucked up. But i believe that I'll overcome the vehicle in time to come, driving was never a problem to me and it never will be.
Anyway, yes HSP. It's our grandfather's version of TP test. Only thing is that u dun drive a real car, u move a toy car and explain what you do to it.
Example: if i want to turn right from a cross junction, i'll have to say this and move the car at the same time "Signal right slow down check left right mirrors beware of motorist squeezing through. Stop before stop line. Confirm exit clear and traffic light is in my favour. Beware of pedestrians crossing from left to right and right to left. Confirm oncoming vehicles have come to a stop. Check left right mirrors and beware of motorists squeezing through. Proceed. As i turn, i check my right mirror to ensure that my rear tyre doesn't hit the kerb." Den i move the toy car to the next junction. "Beware of pedestrians crossing from left to right and right to left, check left right mirrors and beware of motorists squeezing through. Confirm exit clear again and proceed. Cancel signal and resume speed."
Sounds stupid ? u bet it is. If i'm driving a car and the light is in my favour. By the time i finish all these shit, the light probably changed back to red already. And the cycle goes on.. During our grandfather's time, this was counted as a driving test as there were not enough cars at that time. That's understandable but now wat's the point of doing this ? It's a complete waste of time and everything is repetitive. I mean, did the SAF really think that we will apply all these when we drive on the road ? They must be naive or damn naive or REALLY naive to think that way.

Yay!! After months of deliberating, procastinating and dunnoe wat shit. I finally got my mp3 player.
Looks cool rite ? lol each sold separately. $99 for a 256mb player is quite a good buy i guess. Ok the sound quality is not as good as Creative's or Apple's mp3 players. But then "yi fen qian, yi fen huo". It's a korean brand called Shiro. lol y does it sound more like a dog's name to me rather than an electrical apparel brand. It comes with FM too, so at least i dun get stuck with listening to the same old mp3s all the time outside.
Watched Goal! yesterday. For all soccer fans out there, you all should go and watch the movie. It's about a guy who rised from a life of poverty to football stardom playing soccer alongside the likes of Alan Shearer and Kluivert. I wanna be a professional football player too! Earning ridiculously, pornographically(if there's such a word) astronomical amount of money (read 100,000 pounds/week), driving fast cars, going to fancy clubs, living in a high end apartment and having a model gf. All just by playing soccer. hahahah ok i'll stop dreaming now and get back to reality. I'm never gonna be half as good as them. Heard there's part 2 and 3 for the movie so i'll be waiting for them.

Came across this thread in a forum on who respects army. Well if you all have nothing to do can go browse through that thread. The responses are quite interesting. Especially from a certain Fatfool. lol haven't even stepped inside the SAF and already full of complaints. Not that his complaints are valid, coz most of his posts inside are full of rubbish. *sigh* noobs.. lol.. Not that i am a pro NS guy. Anybody who knows me also knows how much i hate the army.
As much as i respect what the army's purpose is, their system is still fucked up. And i'm talking about the most screwed up system i've ever seen in my life. Inefficient (read Rush to wait and wait to rush), Illogical (diploma holder cleaning drains? , posting me to the other end of the island thus wasting precious travelling time?, having to stay in when there's nothing on at night? and doing COMBAT SHIT while receiving SERVICE PAY) and petty (omg, we are dedicating 2 years of our lives "protecting the country" and you pay us peanuts.. and i mean PEANUTS). My diploma which is a simple slip of paper can give me 5 times of wat the government is giving me now. But then again one guy posted this:

Alright... monday nite and i'm back from my 24hr guard duty, plus another 12hr more guard to do tmr Zzzz... Anyway, went to watch The Myth with kmen, ruihua, serene and merlin. Overall the show was quite nice to watch. Comedy + Action + some romance theme added to it. I feel the love story in this show is quite touching lah, having an undying love that lasts for centuries. Especially the part when Kim Hee Seon decided to stay in the cave after knowing that "Meng Yi" has died and is now reincarnated. Centuries of waiting only to find out that the man she has been waiting and longing for is dead.
Kim Hee Seon is indeed a beautiful woman. no i'm not talking about the part where she took her clothes off lol. But she's different from other female celebrities we commonly see. She has this unique air of elegance in her which many other female artistes don't possess. Maybe it's coz her role was a princess lah so she's supposed to have that air of elegance. hahaha. Merlin said that she is known as Korea's No. 1 Beauty. Not that I know much about korean female celebrities (BoA notwithstanding), but if there really is a Korea's No. 1 Beauty den she is definitely in with a shout.
Saw this "ghost" standing outside Cineleisure and so decided to take a pic with her. lol not sure wat movie's the advertisment supposed to be about. Serene said it's supposed to be red candy. But i think it should be "The Wig". I'm not very sure and anyway dun think i will spend the money to watch it either. Dun wanna spend money to scare myself haha.
Hmmz... nothing much to do now so i've decided to blog.. I went to Chong Pang camp today for my Inter-Flight(means i'm playing for my unit against other units) Soccer match despite being on leave -.- One of these days my love for this sport is going to be my undoing.. lol that's being too exaggerative. Anyway I played as defensive midfielder for this match. It's a very difficult position to play. You have to know where to run, which guy to mark and where to pass. I was like a lost child in the middle of the park. hahaha.. But surprisingly, some pple said i played well. Maybe they only saw the good parts hahaha. It was a 1-1 draw in the end. There's another match next monday. I'm thinking how am i going to last the match when i have a 24hr guard duty on Sunday. Which means it will spill over to Monday morning followed by the match in the evening. And if that's not bad enough, i have another guard duty on Tuesday. It's like from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning and there's an OC Parade on Wednesday afternoon !!! I'll be speaking to my Master Sgt hoping to be excused from the parade.. lol but dun think she'll allow it to happen.
