I'm sure by now u all will have known about the guy who managed to siam NS for 28yrs and came back just to get fined $5k. All because he's a famous pianist.

That further exemplifies how screwed up our very own singapore army is.. $5k for not serving NS ? I can afford to pay that too.. So what if he's a famous pianist.. This has BIAS written all over it.. Whatever happened to equality in our singapore pledge?
