The Life Numerology Test

Your life path number is 4

Life Path 4 (4, 13/4, 22/4, 31/4, 40/4)

The Life Path 4 suggests that you entered this plane with a natural genius for planning, fixing, building, and somehow, with practical application and cerebral excellence, making things work. You are one of the most trustworthy, practical, and down-to-earth of individuals; the cornerstone members of society. Indeed, as a Life Path 4, you are a builder of society. The cream of the crop in this Life Path can be a master builder in society. if you are among these highly talented people, you have an idealistic nature which is grounded in practical terms, allowing you to conceive grandiose, far-reaching schemes and carry them through to the end. If you desire and are willing to work for it, you can achieve enormous success, prestige, and fame. Obviously, everyone with a 4 Life Path does not become famous.

All with this Life Path have the ability to take orders and to carry them out with dedication and perseverance and many 4s live and work happily in this context. But so often, the 4 Life Path is the entrepreneur and manager in the community. In either role, you always demand as much from yourself as you do from others, and sometimes a lot more.

You have the kind of will power that is often mistaken for sheer stubbornness. You don't think of yourself as dogged, but your honest beliefs and that ever direct speech makes you come across as completely unremitting. Once a decision is made, it will be followed through to the conclusion, right, wrong, or indifferent. You are very set in your ways and determined to handle things the way you are so certain that they should be handled. Your tenacity of purpose and ability to get the job done borders on obsession. You are a wonderful manager with a great sense of how to get the job done.

You are an excellent organizer and planner because of your innate ability to view things in a very common sense and practical way. This stems from a strong desire to be a perfectionist in your labor. Planning is necessary to avoid errors. It's very likely that a 4 Life Path person invented the to-do list, because it is the rare Life Path 4 who doesn't have one by her side at all times. Your life is programed in an orderly fashion permitting you to catalog and manage the flow of ideas and activities that fill your day. Indeed, you seem to function best when you are under the gun and facing a tough set of problems.

Loyal and devoted, you make the best of your marriage, and you are always the good provider. Friends may be few in number, but you are very close to them and once friendships are made, they often last a lifetime.

The number 4 is solidly associated with the element of earth from which it gains its strength and utter sense of reality. You are one of the most dependable people you know. If patience and determination can ever win, you are sure to achieve great success in life. Often, you are called on to take care of others; to finish what they have started. It may not seem fair and probably isn't, but it may be the key to your accomplishment and reputation.

The negative side of the 4 can prove dogmatic to an excess, narrow-minded, and repressive. A lot of skin-deep people turn you off, and you lack the tact to keep your feelings from being totally clear to all around. Additionally, the negative 4 has a bad tendency to get caught up in the daily routine of affairs, missing the big picture and major opportunities that come along once in a while.

The 5 Values test

Found this test from yuting's blog and thought it looked interesting.

Your Values Profile

Loyalty:

You value loyalty a fair amount.
You're loyal to your friends... to a point.
But if they cross you, you will reconsider your loyalties.
Staying true to others is important to you, but you also stay true to yourself.

Honesty:

You don't really value honesty.
You do value getting your way, no matter what.
And if a little lying is required to do that, no problem.
A few white lies never hurt anyone (at least, that's what you tell yourself!)

Generosity:

You don't really value generosity.
Your needs always come first, no matter what.
And you'll possibly help someone else out...
But only if it helps you in return.

Humility:

You value humility a fair amount.
You tend to be an easy going, humble person.
But occasionally your ego takes over.
You have a slight competitive streak - and the need to be the best.

Tolerance:

Not only do you prefer to be around people very similar to you...
They're the only kind of people you'll tolerate.
You know what you believe in, and you don't like to deviate from that.
You don't hate people who are very different - you just don't want to be around them.
The Five Factor Values Test

I got ANOTHER new Toy !!

I just got my iPod nano last Sat !! It's the 2GB one coz i don't actually need such a big space for my songs.. I couldn't even fill up half of the capacity in it. I wanted the black Nano to complement my V3, but there was only the silver colour one for the 2GB nano. The black colour's only available for the 8GB version. Well i'm fine with the silver one too, i just preferred the black nano.

This is the nano I bought

This is the case I bought

And this is how it looks like if I put the two together. It's blur lah so make do with it >.<

Now I can listen to my nano and play my psp on the train ! Everything cost me around $200, excluding the $100 gift card from my friends that is.

I think I'm spending too much money these few months... No ?

If you ride a bike, please DO NOT speed

I know it's shiok to speed on a bike, all the wind blowing and the adrenaline rush. But it only takes an uneven road or a slight brush off another vehicle and your life will be gone.

I witnessed a motorcycle crash today on the TPE. Ok not really the crash, but the aftermath of it. The body was on the right lane, his shoe on the centre lane and his bike on the left lane. I don't even want think how hard the impact must have been.

10 seconds before the crash, the bike overtook my car as though it was stationary. I was travelling at 120km/hr mind you. So you can imagine the speed of the bike, I reckon it's around 200+. Within 3 seconds the bikes were out of my sight already.

I was thinking at that time "Crazy Bikers, ride until so fast. So dangerous, one day surely accident one". And true enough, i saw his body roughly 7 seconds later ? If what happened was because of what I said, then i sincerely apologise. I only meant it as a remark and I didn't want you to get into an accident. Really..

Anyway I was driving at the same speed when i suddenly saw debris on the ground. My mind instantly thought of the bikers. Thinking that the debris might have been from the bike, I took my foot off the accelerator. Then I suddenly saw a body lying infront of my car. I immediately jammed my brake and swerved my car to the centre lane(I was driving on the right lane).

I managed to avoid him, but i guess i must have had someone up there looking over me at that time. There were 3 points that were crucial:

1) I was able to brake in time coz i wasn't dozing when it's already 2.30am. (I guess it's the Minty Mocha I had at TCC just before i went back.)

2) I was lucky there were no cars in the centre lane when i swerved. If not another accident would have happened. Involving me this time.

3) I was lucky my car didn't skid when i jammed brake and swerved to the left at the same time.

My heart nearly jumped out of my mouth at that moment. I was this close to just running him over and effectively killing any hope of survival he had. Then I saw the car involved, the motorcycle did not crash into the car. More accurately, the motorcycle brushed against the car coz i saw a small part of the exterior of the door had been sliced. This kind of accident could have been avoided had the rider kept to the road limit and not speed. It's already dangerous enough riding a bike, but to speed so ridiculously on it, you are practically inviting the god of death to claim yr life.

I'm not very sure if he had any pillion with him, but i hope he doesn't as I don't think it's fair for the pillion to sacrifice his/her life because of the rider's irresponsibility. This is also the reason why I keep stressing that I don't wish to take pillions when I do get a chance to ride a bike.

So i beseech everyone who's riding out there, spare a thought for your parents even if you don't value your own life. Who would be the most hurt if anything were to happen to you ? They worked so hard to raise you up and yet because of some senseless thrill, you put your life in danger. It's a very irresponsible and unfilial act.

It's only when something like this happens then you will realize that actually as long as nothing bad happens to you and when everything else is peaceful and smooth sailing, is actually good enough. The other positive things that come with it are bonuses.

Imagine if I happened to be dozing off while driving and actually ran over him. There would be endless trouble for me. I guess the money that i donate to NKF every month actually accumulated some "ying1 de2" for me and because of that I managed come through the incident unscathed. If a guardian angel exists, she must have looked over me today and I thank her for that.

I hope the rider manages to pull through and I wish him all the best.

Good Nite Everyone !

Zinedine Zidane should be remembered for this instead of the head-butting incident during the World Cup. Truly a living legend.
